Overview

Aquarius is an advanced TCAD package that brings state-of-the-art performance to the design of next generation Wide Bandgap power device technology. Aquarius offers an intuitive interface for device design and circuit performance. It utilises a wide range of physical models for the most demanding of structures. Our tool offers the ability to model a range of semiconductor materials, including silicon and compound, that can be evaluated in a broad range of semiconductor applications.
